SHIPPING POLICY
For postal orders we use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service, this usually provides a next day delivery from point of postage.
During peak periods/seasons such as Christmas this may impact the delivery time, which is outside of our control.
You will receive notification of when your order has been shipped and any tracking information.
Please note our bakes do not fit through the letter box so you MUST be in for delivery or have a safe place for it to be left.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns.
However, please get in touch if you have any problems and we will do our best to resolve them for you.
