Millionaire Shortbread
What is there not to like about Millionaire Shortbread?
These are one of my favourite treats. It is always the one thing I try when visiting a new coffee shop, I like to compare them with others I have had, (I have a list! haha). But that's enough about me and my oddities, haha.
Back to the cake...
Rich buttery shortbread, soft chewy caramel, covered in a layer of chocolate. Very tasty, and moreish. They are simply delicious.
Just writing this makes me want to go and make some hahaha.
