Millionaire Caramel Shortbread with Chocolate Mini Eggs
What is there not to like about Millionaire Shortbread?
These are one of my favourite treats. It is always the one thing I try when visiting a new coffee shop, I like to compare them with others I have had, (I have a list! haha). But that's enough about me and my oddities, haha.
Back to the cake...
Rich buttery shortbread, soft chewy caramel, covered in a layer of chocolate and decorated with Chocolate Mini Eggs. Very tasty, and moreish. They are simply delicious.
Just writing this makes me want to go and make some hahaha.These are large generous-sized slices.
