This is one of my favourite recipes that I have come across!
To be honest I could eat this at any time of year, I just love it.
Top it with some cream and you have a divine, decadent dessert! Delicious, rich, very moist, fruitcake made with vine fruits, prunes (yes prunes!), soaked in coffee liqueur, spices, citrus and honey. Decorated with chocolate coffee beans, edible glitter and non-edible festive decorations.
